Return and Replacement Policy
Thank you for your purchase from Under Enemy Arms. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges or returns can be done quickly and easily by contacting us at contact@underenemyarms.com.
Return Period
We offer a 14-day return period, during which customers can return their item without providing any reason. This 14-day period begins on the day the parcel is received. Please note that the return shipment must be sent back to us within these 14 days.
Return Conditions: All items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition, suitable for resale, with tags still attached. Shipping costs for the return are not refundable.
Replacement Policy
Our replacement policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since you received your parcel, we cannot offer you a replacement.
To qualify for a replacement, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, including its original packaging.
Certain items are exempt from being replaced. Non-replaceable items include:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
- Intimate or sanitary items
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care items
Requirements for a Replacement
To process your replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if your order was lost in transit. If you need to replace an item with the same one, please contact us at contact@underenemyarms.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a replacement credit for the value of your item. Once the returned item is received, a replacement certificate will be sent to you.
If the gift was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, we will send the replacement credit to the gift giver, who will be informed about the replacement.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return the item for a replacement. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
